Fair Ohs – Spanish Tour! |

Las week I was touring Spain with Fair Ohs: Madrid, Barcelona and Castellon for Tanned Tin Festival. As someone that loves music, I had been to loads of gigs and out of town gigs and festivals before, but I had never been on tour, and now I can say it’s an experience as fun as it is tiring!

Touring is mostly about going to bed very late, waking up three hours later and traveling. I’d never travelled so much in such short amount of time in my entire life: five cities, two planes, three trains and around six cabs all within five days.

Still – touring is ace. You get to meet a lot of lovely people (the promoters, Cheky from Algodon Egipcio who travelled with us for most time), go to some really ace venues (Siroco in Madrid, Apolo 2 in Barcelona and the amazing Teatre Principal in Castellon) and hang with one of your favourite bands. In fact, you get to see them play three nights in a row and find that, by the end, you like them even more than you did at the beginning.
